Based in San Diego, California, AZ Investments (AZI) is a real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition of value-add multifamily properties.
Since its inception in 2020, AZI has successfully acquired twelve properties totaling over $67 million in value and comprising 206 units. Many of these assets have undergone extensive renovations and repositioning, with several refinanced and one sold, providing substantial returns for investors and demonstrating the company’s ability to execute a full investment cycle.
In 2023, AZI launched its in-house property management company, Managed A2Z, to enhance operational control and further vertical integration. In 2024, the firm expanded on this successful strategy by founding Statera, an affiliated renovation company, which serves as the in-house team for managing capital improvement projects for its value-add properties.
